Supreme Court Rejects Request From Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

I think Mr. Kennedy's issue is also covered under Missouri v. Biden. He's no more special than you or I.

The last thing the Powers that Be want is an independent screwing with the status quo. I think RFK Jr. is a threat to Biden more so than a Republican. He's still going to draw votes from both sides. The current admin and the puppet masters behind can't have that.

This was a poor decision, IMHO.

The lower court consolidated RFK's case with the Missouri case. When the Missouri case went up to SCOTUS, RFK should have remained party to the case.
