"U.S. District Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner's ruling comes after two counties voted to remove a tranche of voters' names from their rosters after two separate complaints alleged that publicly available voter registration data matched unverified change-of-address records by the U.S. Postal Service.

The complaints in Muscogee and Ben Hill counties, however, failed to prove that the voters had actually given up Georgia residences, according to reports by Politico."

So nothing was done wrong by the judge actually.

Prior to making a ruling, should the judge have recused herself based on her relationship with Stacy Abrams (sister) and heading up and/or participating in Democrat organizations. I suspect the ruling will be appealed not on her decision but on her failure to recuse herself.

COL David Turk - Please specify the specific Federal Rule that she violated. She didn't have to recuse herself, her sister wasn't a party to the case. Unless, of course, you are saying that any Trump appointed judge would have to recuse in a case involving Trump? Is that what you are saying?

It is wrong...people who move should not be voting where they used to live.

But it was OK for Kemp to purge the voting rolls of hundreds of thousands, disproportionally affecting minorities in the 2018 election?

Does anyone know how many of the 4,000 were military?

Should LTC (Join to see) be allowed to vote?
