Today, two questions remain.
One is whether it was ethically improper or even illegal for Biden to intervene to fire the prosecutor handling Burisma’s case, given his son’s interests. That is one that requires more investigation and the expertise of lawyers.
The second is whether Biden has given the American people an honest accounting of what happened. The new documents I obtained raise serious doubts about his story’s credibility. And that’s an issue that needs to be resolved by voters.

Minimally, Biden should have revealed his son was on the board of a company the prosecutor was investigating that he was determined to fire. The fact that he hid that tells us all we need to know about his understanding of the appearance it would give.
I am not sure what happened is illegal but it is certainly unethical and gives the appearance of impropriety. It is no accident that Hunter Biden made millions in Ukraine in the oil business while his father oversaw that area of the world for the president. It is the sort of graft and nepotism that politicians are famous for these days.
