"He said that "so far they've said they won't torture me, which is a start, I think. But we haven't gotten much further than that." The fact that they told your a** that should send a message. Come back if you want to. We won't lay a finger on you, but when you get to prison, we cannot guarantee without a doubt that the prisoners will care for you the same way. And I'm stuck on he wants a plea agreement; bud you DON'T get to choose. Either side can offer it, but it doesn't have to be accepted, and in this case, the DOJ has the power cards. They go home at night, and you're in no mans land. Here's to your chances of making it back bro.

SGT Jess Marlow - If he got to even think that, imagine every criminal in the US trying some BS like that. "Your Honor I ONLY will do the minimum 15 days with 15 suspended, no tracking device, no community service, I want my weapons back, and no restitution to the court or the families as part of my plea agreement for capitol murder"....If only I could be the judge on that day.

SSG Warren Swan If GEN Hayden was right, then all this might make sense, he doesn't belong to Russia he rather serve in prison than spend the rest of his life there.

SPC Nick Lai - Snowden's ass hauled when he knew folks were going to get him, so get gets nothing less than he deserves. If being in Russia was all he could get, sucks to be you. I would trade Bergdhal for him, but I want Bergdhal to really pay for what he did in the Stan. Not to mention we have him. If Smowden's such the "man" he'd come back on his own accord and dare the DOJ to do something. If his case was so clearcut and open, he'd have no problem flying into JFK and saying whats up?

SGT Jess Marlow - "My view is [Snowden is] a fugitive,” Comey said. “I’d love to apprehend him so he can enjoy the benefits of the freest and fairest criminal justice system in the world.”....CLASSIC!!!

SPC Nick Lai, I say that going to prison should be the least of his worries when and if he returns of his own accord to the home of the free, because of the brave.
