Been an NRA life member for decades. Excellent read, agree no large organization is perfect, but they are one of most successful pro 2nd Amendment o st ganizations.

NRA should have stayed out of politics.
That was not what it was established to do. Teaching shooting and weapons technics is a far cry from paying off politicians with millions of dollars dues.
The reason why they are losing money, people with memberships are forbidding them from using their dues for political payola.
It is also illegal for an Non-profit to pay for politicians.
