It doesn't appear that the correct amount of man power is on the job, along with the correct truck vehicles to put the Alligator away safely/ just my observation, because in Houston, that is not done like that.

We tried telling the crew chief that training gators to be walk in, walk off chocks wouldn't work, but Noooo he just wouldn't listen.
