- In national disasters DHS is supposed to take the lead coordinating and leading all federal and NGO entities.
- HHS is to take the medical lead.
- Kushner created a working group of his friends to search for PPEs. It also confused the situation as federal requisition agents were conducting a parallel search.
- Kushner also said Federal Stock Piles are not for state uses.
- One last dig. What made an inexperienced person like him competent?
