As a society, I think we have largely forgotten what exactly a gas attack is. Sure, some of us have seen photos or video of the aftermath of attacks on Kurds...
Thanks TSgt Joe C. for reminding us that on April 22, 1915 German forces shocked Allied soldiers along the Western Front by firing more than 150 tons of lethal chlorine gas against two French colonial divisions at Ypres in Belgium.
