I have been out for bit but that looks like a jacket and not the Chiefs blouse so Chief is still in uniform. It was the right thing to do let those that just wear their rank worry about the silly stuff and those that live it do the right thing like Chief. On a side note how did any one find a Warrant Officer I though they were ghosts :)
