If you accept a pardon, you are admitting your guilt. So if he admits his guilt, on what basis could he sue anyone for charging him with the crime?

The basis is equal protection. See Yick Wo v. Hopkins (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yick_Wo_v._Hopkins). Problem is he isn't a protected class, so he will probably lose unless he can prove that his unequal treatment (as compared to Clinton and his shipmates) was not rationally related to a legitimate government purpose. All I can say there is, good luck with that, Shipmate.

so let me get this straight....he takes pictures of classified areas of the boat, then destroys the devices with which he stored the images on....but he gets a pardon. Come on man!!!!

Can't sue the President or other Gov't officials, unless in extreme cases. The sailor broke the law. He got caught. Pres. Trump showed mercy. Take the gift and get on with your life.

WRONG!!! You cannot sue a sitting President. Once he is out of office you can take his butt to court all day long. The only reason you cannot sue a sitting President is because his attention cannot be taken off the running of the Republic. Obama and Clinton both need to be in Prison for Treason. Aid and Comfort to the enemy is still a treasonous account. Both are guilty of that! Anyone who demies that is only fooling themselves.
