So a person still has to have a CCW to be able to open-carry? Whose payroll is he on?

My training started at age 5 with toy guns and advanced to using and medaling with a .22 by age 11. It was an enjoyable adventure every step of the way.

Yep. Until I got out into the world, I thought EVERYBODY got a Red Ryder at six, .22 at 11, a .410 or .06 at 12, etc. Every Saturday there would be herds of armed 11+ year olds headed to stock ponds in the desert. Those dove were destined for supper.
