Problem with Russia is that they have lost more nukes than we knew they actually had...black market sales, insider tades etc. My fear with Russia is that they will get backed into a corner they think they can't gt out of and will use everything and anything to not lose...including the hot ones. IMHO!

Small wonder so many persons seek it out in one form or another. Why control a Business when you can steer a whole country to bend to your Rule. In so doing they get the coffers , the Military, the People, the Domiciles ..... and are noted in History.
