Rangers led the way in the D-Day landings 80 years ago

Yesterdays News had a 98 year old Ranger on, he walked just into the water and planted a Cross in the sand, it was very emotional without him saying one word.

I love these guys!

They are the stuff of legends. But I don't want to forget the 'average' Soldier who faced the same dangers the Rangers did. To a man, those divisions and supporting units that hit the beach that morning are all legends in my eyes.
