and rightly so--- to take money from other VA services to pay for Choice is NO choice...

To be fair, 6 months down the road we'd have been in the same boat. To also be fair, 6 months to work on a fix to the problem is much better than 3 days. To drive the point home, it's been years and 6 more months probably would just end in yet another patch.
