Plano S.W.A.T. officers train for "fast roper insertion"

You always have to wonder if the other Helo Pilots turned him down because they thought it was ridiculously dangerous but then you see the guy that said yes installs AC units on the tops of high rises and the practice high rise in this case is only one story tall. I wonder how many other SWAT teams saw the YouTube video and thought....."Hey we need that training too"
