It is not the FBI's place to determine if there is enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecutors determine if they have a legal case. I don't know all the evidence but if it quacks like and duck and looks like a duck, hummm it must be a duck. I have personally seen Soldiers burned for far less.

So Clinton's actions potential allied ALL the Secretary of Stattes email traffic to be viewed by hostil powers and some how Petraeus's were worse when One person viewed one set of Documents . OKAAAYYY!

Not to worry, Russia got thousands of documents off her private email server and they are mulling over decisions regarding how much and what to leak. They knew EVERYTHING that was happening in our State Dept on Hillary's watch. Not a major national security breach? No big deal?
