MAJ (Join to see) Here's a structured feedback loop I use:
1) Acknowledge. Be it a statement or a question, acknowledge it.
2) Clarify. Be certain you understand the statement/question.
3) Present your position/solution.
4) Gain agreement (e.g. the art of the possible).
