Never met him, but if the training deficiencies were as bad as were uncovered with the recent mishaps (and if it happened on them, I guaran-damn-tee it is the same on all the other ships) then he had to at the least tacitly approve them.

LT Brad McInnis How high up do you go though? ADM Harris? CNO? Cause that's all that's left above him.

SN Greg Wright - When we would "extend" certs for ships, they had to go to the Fleet Commander for approval, through the ISIC of course. I think this was more because it is the tip of the proverbial iceberg. We aren't going to hear about the other issues that the other ships have been signed off on, unless they hit someone, too.

I met him once, hopefully he was planing on this already. Still want to see the full investigation on the Fitz.
