The International Criminal Court (ICC or ICCt) is an intergovernmental organization and international tribunal that sits in The Hague, Netherlands. The ICC has jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for the international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression. Alan K. The Democrats are going to have to gain control of the Senate and hold a 2/3rds majority to ratify the treaty. And then Congress will have to repeal certain laws, that may or may not raise an uproar in the US military community active, retired, and veteran.
