There are so many things I want to say but I truly have hate in my heart and will wait until January 20th.
I am sad for the many Afghanis and Iraqis who were outed by Manning and Assange when Wikileaks published the material. Good people who assisted us more than likely were harmed when our enemies got ahold of those documents.

In retrospect, although I did not agree with President Obama's decision, I can see now he [Obama] did it that way he's not sitting and in jail and the Army is paying for his surgeries.

I expected this topic would surface here, and rightfully so. I think it was just one last poke in the eye to PEOTUS Trump from POTUS Obama....because he could. Yes we can! Not happy about it but nothing I or anyone here can do about it. Besides the angst it sets precedent for penalties in future cases, and that is a longer term issue. Maybe he can move in with Assange. They could sneak Snowden in Ecuadoran Embassy also, and open an IT consulting firm. Hire Bowe Bergdahl for security while they're at it. Name it Leaks- R-Us.

Snowden seems to be happy where he is but I'd sure like to know hat he's been sharing with his host. They seem glad he's there and recently said he can stay at least till 2020. Maybe he'll get a medal from them if/when he ever leaves. He might accidentally fall and break his neck if he ever announces his intention to leave. Beware of umbrellas and don't drink the tea Ed.
