I have mixed feelings about this piece. I know that the shooter is to blame. Not the gun. The weapon is a conduit to someone with evil in their heart. I'm not sure how that can be any more clear. The NRA didn't shoot anyone.
The media does like a good tragedy. And anything involving guns makes a great story for a slow day.

Cpl Mark A. Morris - I'm an Endowment Lifetime Member. I don't care for all of the NRA politics. I joined the Gun Owners Association as well. I agree with them more than the NRA most of the time, but I believe you need to have someone fighting for our rights in Congress. So one is better than none.

He has been saying these things for years, and they did have some gun control pass in the past, and they didn't stop anything. Maybe it is time we try it Wayne's way, and put some guns in the school. I honestly believe there would be a lot of lives saved if we did. How does it matter if a Police Officer shoots them or a civilian citizen shoots them? They are just as shot!

I could use a great retirement job like that. Get some lunch and beer money while helping be part of the solution.
