Looks like Norway can cover 1/11, or is it 1/12 of our debt. We have no sovereign wealth fund. Have not had since the Federal Reserve was instituted.

Sounds like we need to stop Social Security and let the investment corporations receive the billions collected from our payroll taxes. Rather than the current lock box they are being stored in.
