Kaepernick has every right to protest in whatever nonviolent manner he chooses just as we have every right to protest his behavior. While he sits out the National Anthem, I hope that a significant number of fans sit on their wallets.

I think the offensive line should sit out a couple of snaps for him. Yes, he has this right but this doesn't mean there are no consequences. I think he's washed up and trying to remain relevant any way he thinks he can. Now if the Niners let him go he can say it was over his expressing himself not over him being a has been.
