It's a good plan. In conjunction with this those who have not attended the proper NCOES are going to be separated.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - You left before the influx of the real trash bags came to town. They took my platoon and gave it to someone who couldn't figure out how to get not only her own platoon, but couldn't figure out how to get herself to school in five years. Yeah, my former soldiers learned loads on how and what not to be.

I never been in tradoc. I got promoted in 2014 in a over strength MOS as a 88M. I got ALC and SLC on my own by calling and calling. 6 deployments. I recently tried ft.lee. ha ha full as usual. SFC's over 14yrs or 18yrs..have not finish school are still holding down good postions in the army, waiting on retirement. Sad.

This issue is called BRANCH MANAGERS aka your PEERS! They shuffle each other out and feed you bs on why you can't get simple assignments or a break, so the whole system is still broke. Pay attention to the numbers look who gets majority of the promotions...hmm

Hey CSM Bennett
I believe they should lower the TIS on CSM so the influx goes to the top
And the NCO's who have been promoted and have not gone to school because of deployments or Covid 19 should be able to go to NCOES class And most important the leadership should have a tracker to help the soldier get their class
Just that simple statement makes me grateful you where never my CSM
Great to be retired and no Millennials to deal with

This is the same changes that happen every time there is a drawn down. I don't get why there has to be a waste of man hours for a study. Just set the policies for the same procedures for every draw down. You do them the same any way. I think this will keep the anxiety down because the soldiers know what is going to happen, just know the when. I about a year from now all this will be reversed to fix the issues the current POTUS left behind.
