The left does not like a Black Lt. Governor of NC. I bet he is called an Uncle Tom, KKK or John Bircher because being called out and just taking it is what most Republicans do but If you fight back and defend yourself, you are a racist!
On RP, I have often posted actual miltary related stories and not identity politics. We have to have balance. I mix military history and overcome those that use leftist head games. Those of you here who are AD or in the USAR or ARNG, use the resiliency training. 'Hunt the Good Stuff. 'Detect icebergs' and learn to overcome the naysayers that will try to pull the rug out from under you because they are on their last line of defense and they know it. You can agree to disagree and you can say no without feeling guilty. In the Army, we are all Green but in identity politics, it's class and race pitted against each other to try to divide us instead of to try to make us work together.
We are in an urban struggle right now. Anyone who is considered conservative is considered a racist by some media and the left when most of us are not. Learn to laugh at fools who try to use monkey smiles and name-calling to try to destabilize you. Use the resiliency training that the army has spent millions of dollars to teach you. It is used to mitigate suicides but it can also be used to stop bullying dead cold. Be proud of yourself and who you are and nobody can put you down without your own consent!
Republicans are sometimes no longer nice and Some Democrats do not like it. They can dish it out but not take it. When Republicans use Democrat tactics, some of those same Democrats play the victim.
There is a growing list of Black Republicans in positions of responsibility. Clarence Burgess Owens Just became a representative for Utah. Former Georgia state representative Vernon Jones just switched over to the Republican party because his Democratic Party is too left.
You have the right to stand up for yourself and not be guilted by those who are against you.

I am on his side. What the left calls people such as Harris Faulker, Mia Love, Condi Rice and others is beyond outrageous.

That is where I got that description about the Hollywood conservative being discriminated against was from the Falkner show on Fox/Sirius XM radio.
A couple naysayers have Commented that he is a bad Actor and that is why he does not have popularity but did you ever think about cutting off at 500000 people from his Twitter account? It is collusion by big Tech and Hollywood to destroy careers of conservative Hollywood personalities.

Honestly, I'm tired of fighting the hatred and intolerance of the Left. Really tired of it. You want to have an opinion different than mine, go for it. I'd just appreciate being allowed to have my own opinion. Sadly, they won't allow it...

I voted for him and will again. The Democrats 8n this state have been relatively silent about him because he is not only black but a Christian. He also doesn't come from a lot of money, that I am aware of. In most cases he is identified as the working man's ideal and I think he has the potential to sway demographics in a way that may alarm this state's Democrats.

If you don't notice, he uses the in your face bluntness which many people liked from Donald Trump. Maxine waters can use the same kind of bluntness and she's considered a hero even though she speaks out of her 5th point of contact at the time.
