September is National Service Dog Month! I acknowledge the important role and assistance that service dogs provide to Americans living with disabilities, especially the impact they have on the lives of countless veterans. These incredible working dogs help veterans dealing with vision impairment, medical issues and have shown a tremendous impact on mental health and PTSD.
