National Defense Service Medal won’t be awarded after December
MY SAY: Another slight-of-hand move by #SleepyJoe & Co. NDSM should be awarded until the end of the Global War on Terror, which is far from over. Obama tried to unilaterally declare the GWOT over & failed. The President does not have the authority to unilaterally end conflict against terrorism. Our forces are all over the world, still heavily engaged in protecting US citizens and interests.

You're mad about this? Pretty sure this is one of them that authorized after graduating basic...it's not a big deal.
"“Termination is based on the United States no longer conducting large-scale combat operations in designated geographic locations as a result of the terrorist attacks on the United States that occurred September 11, 2001,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin wrote in a memo signed Aug. 30."
We aren't conducting large scale combat operations for GWOT. No one said a global fight against terrorism is over. Just large scale operations are. But GWOT did fail...epically.
