The solution is to support these kids, they are conflicted, maturing, in puberty and the last obstacle they need is inappropriate "adult support".

It is possible at 11 to know if you are a boy or girl, I knew by that age something was not right with my body. I knew what should not have been there. I know that a lot of boys that age are already trying to get their hands on things like Playboy, not with the computers and internet it is even easier. This is why there are pregnant girls at 12 and 13.

SFC George Smith - When you were 11, did you think that you had no gender? Did you not know that you were male, that you would grow up to be a man, or that you could one day become a father? Of course not. Being transgender isn't some whim, nor is it a sexual thing. At 11, children may not know who they are attracted to or if they want to get married and have kids, but they absolutely know without a doubt who they themselves are. Just like 11 year old you knew that you were going to be a man, 11 year old me knew that I was going to be a woman.
