The Academy Award has overlooked Star Trek Beyond and the latest Star Wars Rogue One. Don't you think Monty Python should get a Lifetime Acheievement Award? I am sorry if I did not put here Life of Brian nor the Meaning of Life and Now for something completely different?

They overlooked John Wayne for a long time too.......maybe Captain Kirk needs to wear an eye patch.

SSgt Gary Andrews, True Grit was the best movie John Wayne ever did, in my estimation. Rather than just be John Wayne in a cowboy/war movie, he actually adapted to the role, including the vernacular of the latter 1800s.
