His first act as a congressman was to admit that he told a lie and defamed a reporter to make sure he didn't lose on the final day. Now there is someone you can trust! Not......

He should absolutely step down. There's no excuse for his behavior.

Maj Kevin "Mac" McLaughlin - Fair enough. But do you have that same standard for people like Al Frankin?
I don't share your viewpoint because I think we have gotten pussified as a nation when a scuffle is cause for alarm and major legal action.

SSgt Christopher Brose - Yes, I do... Please don't mistaken me for someone who's hypocritically bashing conservatives (I am a conservative). I would also refer you to the post I added to another comment thread on this same topic. I simply do not believe there is a need for a sitting Congressman to lose his cool.

Maj Kevin "Mac" McLaughlin - Obviously he agrees with you, otherwise he wouldn't have apologized for losing his cool.
(Besides, he wasn't a sitting Congressman at the time.)
