I suspect it is because of all the requirements that come along with it

Doesn't look all that difficult to do. Schools are always having to comply with federal documentation rules and have done so for years. Along with the federal requirements for education that they abide by.

Well, hopefully they won't. That money will come with a lot of "must do's". It's, putting a ball and chain on the schools.

SGT Tiffanie G. public schools rely on government funding in order to operate on a daily basis. This funding is no different, our schools are in need of any funding that they can get in order to continue educating our children. Otherwise it would be up to the school staff and parents to provide necessary materials.
