"Bullet holes suggest they shot through the door," Wells said.....I need to see the door. If it was a glass door, maybe. If it was a solid wood standard door, how did you see through it if he sent the dog out on you (assuming he was right handed, holding the dog with his right, standing behind the door with just his head out)? I'm going to reserve judgement, but this REALLY sounds like another CYA case with the police. They were wrong from the jump, and ANYONE would be rather surprised and PISSED if someone came banging on your door in the middle of the night.
Spidey senses are tingling on this one.....
