Miranda the martini-milking mediocre-medium might be mortified to be made aware that her name is linked to Mirandize :-) No doubt her mother's mortician whose attorney wannabe nephew who is equivalent to a myopic barracks-lawyer dispensing words often seen on latrine walls might well be aware of the basics of Mirandize and Mirandizing

For military know that you are not Mirandized... you are read Art 31 rights. they are similar but not the same. ART 31 actually predated Miranda and is more restrictive on what MLEOs can do than Miranda. What this is talking about is Civilian Law Enforcement.
1) he is wrong....as long as police don't ask you questions about the crime they can use anything you "spontaneously say" They don't even have to ask any questions they can just look at you.
2) if police ask specific questions about a crime then they have to Mirandize the person before being questioned.
The exception are HUGE and if you follow what a 3 min video is telling you you will most likely land in a jail cell
