Im surprised that Fleck took the job. Minn is a dumpster fire right now. Sure the threw a ton of money at him, but he is a hotshot right now and there would have been a better offer. Les Miles would seem to be a more likely guy to take that job. They almost need an interim coach to settle things down so that they don't destroy a good hire with all of the attached baggage.
