I didn’t understand why folks could get hooked on this stuff, until I was in the hospital dying from Pancreatitis. My doctor had sympathy for my pain and gave me morphine and Demerol. I hurt so bad, but I didn’t care because it left me so euphoric. It’s good for pain but bad for feelings.

I had a double album I bought sometime in the late '60s of Bloomfield and Al Kooper. Loved that thing. I found the cover online-

SGT (Join to see)- Thinking about my old album, I started reading about it online. That cover was painted by Norman Rockwell, you can just see his name in the lower right corner. I probably knew that back then, but totally forgot about it.
