It is actually a shrewd and innovative tactic. I don't know if it will work, but it gets penetration on an under-utilized platform.
His more insidious strategy is that he is buying ALL of the ad space, thus crowding out the field.

From an IO perspective, Bloomberg is going for information dominance by crowding out the field with constant noise. Whether it resonates or not - and I will admit, some of those ads are effective - is irrelevant if no one else gets heard.

I disagree, if his platform wasn't anti-Trump/anti-Gun, it would speak for itself and he wouldn't have to pay influencers, they would do it voluntarily.

Cpl (Join to see) - Perhaps but regardless of his platform, he still has to reach those people. Voters tend to show up based on their excitement of a candidate (likability) rather than the policies they want to put in place.
