This POS is allowed to teach children. The school isn't doing anything about him. I'm willing to bet the schoolboard won't either. If the parents don't, they're complicit and I feel nothing for them. You get what you allow. If you allow it, you deserve it. If any child is injured while doing this, the parents should take action against the school, the district, the schoolboard, and this "teacher" for inciting the behavior.
