From Steve Durgin of the Victory For Veterans Foundation ( https://victoryforveterans.org ), here is my 22 for day 1. Watch Fat Mike do 22 of the most Gosh awful pitiful excuses for a push up this side of the Gingerbread Man in Candyland.
I've pulled loads of cloths out of the wash that have had more stamina and fortitude than this 22, but I'm trying! I'm trying guys and girls, and I don't mind any of you making fun of me.
My pledge is that, for the next 21 days, I will complete 22 push ups a day, regardless of how ugly.

We haven't forgotten about you brother. Sorry I kept turning you away, and I will never forgive myself for not getting out of my own selfish way to give you the help you were asking for. What I can do, however, is not make the same mistake twice. I love you brother, and wish that I did not have to learn this lesson this way.

I appreciate the compliment SPC Douglas Bolton, but my wife only allows me 1 per week, so you'll have to give me till next Friday before I can have another, LOL.
On a serious note though, I am definitely far from a hero, but I am glad that we are able to take this little burden I carry and turn it into something good.
You should always give more to this life than you take from it.
