I don't consider adults engaging in stern/direct/tough verbal jousts to be "bullying". That is part of the problem these days. Everyone has to be a victim of something. If you cannot take direct, in your grill feedback or attacks in the business or political realm you will never survive.

If you don't want to get picked on because of your looks, don't look weird. If you don't want to get picked on because of your intelligence, get smart. If you are fat and someone calls you fat is that bullying or stating the obvious?

In children it is an issue because children have no real coping skills or the ability to ignore it and children can ostracize and isolate other kids socially etc. It is far more harmful in children. Adults should have coping skills. As an adult you should not care what others think of you or if you do, you have the ability to understand it and act on it if that is your desire. If not, ignore it or tell them to piss off.

The only way this could get better is for Tomi to give us her "three minutes" speech, Omarosa to say he's an awesome man, or the crazy brunette on his staff that gets everything wrong to speak on his behalf.

kinda figure Anderson Cooper would totally disregard the rest of the speech and focus on a single issue. then twist it to suit his purposes. how about Hildebeast bullying, threatening and other wise harassing Bubba's women?
