Ya gotta figure ... if you mug somebody and get his wallet, maybe you got his COVID-19 too.

Benjamin Burgler, director of the Houston Criminal Element Association, announced Monday that he will urge his associates to hold off on committing any crimes, be it misdemeanor or felony. Burgler's announcement came after Houston's Mayor pleaded with the criminal underworld to just "chill". "We do respect his earnest intentions in these uncertain times", Burgler said in a twitter post. "We will work with our associates to practice lockpicking and mugging training at home, and when the beer virus blows over we will strike swift and without mercy".

PO1 H Gene Lawrence sorry, I'm bored lol. But in all honesty I doubt his pleads would work. It shows to much weakness if you ask me.
