MAJ Byron Oyler Unfortunately he is and he's a poster child for what's wrong with our political system. Essentially he's a rich kid whose daddy bailed him out of many brushes with the law in his teenage years. Daddy then bought Matt'ys way into Congress, where, as a rich criminal, he seems to fit perfectly.
