I don't know about this. I would figure both sides were negligent and it should be a wash. But juries are strange beasts and will probably side with the plaintiff.

Under the influence, speeding, crossing a known airport.

I feel bad for the guy but it appears the preponderance of facts puts the majority of neglect upon himself.

Well, it looks like he has a case to me Brother Dale. Negligence is negligence, no matter who does it.

However, the chopper pilots appear to have complied with all rules/regulations, so where were they negligent? Just sayin' . . .

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - I thought I read that they had landed on a trail that was used by snowmobilers. So, I guess it falls on the landowner that gave them permission to land there. Sorry about that.
