Sir I love to ice fish. Used to fish in Tip Up Town on Houghton Lake in Michigan. A town on ice. Wouldn't doubt that there is a web site for it. There are a few Michigan RP members they may know of it.

The best fishing partner I ever had was my wife. We have crappie fished on Lake Fork when it was 25 degrees without the wind chill. It was also raining and snowing at the same time, which is not unusual here. And we fished all day, not a single complaint. We caught boat limit that day (50 fish). We had a lake front lease there up Little Caney from '86 to 91). And they eventually run us out by raising the lease every year until they run us out. The reason more money. The man who bought my had a lease next door, he owned a car dealership if you know where I'm going with this. He paid me for the yearly lease he bought my 22 ft camper and he bought my Bass Pro 16 ft boat. I told him all or nothing. And he bought it all, took it line and sinker.
I drove through there a couple years back. They had taken my single lease property and split it three times. Three trailers where 1 used to sit. But still to this day when I go fishing my wife is always my fishing partner, after 35 years who else would I choose. And to those who look at fisherman and see nothing but dollar sighns they can go to hades.
