Lowriders will destroy their cars in time. When you put Hydraulics from aircraft and make a 62 Impala 2 ft in the air, after a while it bends the frame. You can't really do that with unitized body cars.
Street racing, cruising and other forms of car venues for teens or adults and even seniors may become a thing of the past especially in San Diego if they put toll roads everywhere. Even before the Church of the green New Deal was established in california, cities refrained from allowing Street racing, lowriders clogging Wilshire Boulevard or Whittier Boulevard were frowned upon by local law enforcement but with the defunding of the police, I doubt law enforcement will be there to control the situation. It's pretty sad State of Affairs in California. I left there in 2005 because I married a Canadian and moved up North but watching the videos of the homeless in downtown Los angeles, in the flood control channels of Orange County and other cities, being able to enjoy oneself and be able to buy gasoline will be a thing of the past if the environmental Fanatics get their way.
Classic cars, muscle cars, Lowrider cars and modern cars are all endangered because of a stupid governor who wants to get rid of oil production within the state, the manufacturer or licensing of new fossil fuel powered vehicles by 2035 and the recent Banning of big rigs that are older than 2011 is just going to make California a more foxtrot Upstate than it is now.
