The use of firearms has always been a Moral issue in the past. In general most people felt the obligation of a safe society in their actions, and you cannot legislate a conscience and the way our Constitution is written it will be nearly impossible to legislate any kind of Gun Ban.
The Moral decay in the US has led us down a path where so many have no regard for anyone else.
