Lt Col Charlie Brown First Responder? I wish I had a Choice. One Of Mine went to get a Honeybun in the Hood in KC. He Ended Up Swapping Spit with what He thinks was an Overdose. Rescue Breathing. We React. That is What I'm Paid For (Not Much) If There is a Nuclear "Accident" in Possum Trot, I Already Know I'm Top of the List to Respond because of what the Navy Did to Me.

Because .... judges are always right, and never, ever biased. DON'T WE WISH!
An EIGHTY-EIGHT page OPINION?!

CW4 Guy Butler - The article, yes; his 88 page manifesto - which at 88 pages, it is - no. I did however research the judge. By all accounts, he is a good man even though he's obviously very liberal. Nothing wrong with being a liberal in a legal or moral sense - just not my cup of tea. Liberal, or conservative, both can be good; both can be bad when neither is able to compromise to some extent.
In the judge's case, I get it that he would naturally sympathize with the "protestors," but an judge's opinion rarely needs to exceed a few direct, pointed paragraphs; MAYBE a page or two. When I hear of such huge opinions as the judge's in this case ... it's not merely "opinion."
