Judge Removes Lead Prosecutor In Navy SEAL War-Crime Case

I agree with the judge in removing the lead prosecutor. The idea that members of the prosecution team are covertly monitoring communications between members of the defense team just reeks of government misconduct. It doesn't matter that it is just whom is talking to whom and when.
