SSG Robert Ricci I can't comment on the post below - someone has me blocked. CID only investigates sexual assault - not sexual harassment. So they don't investigate all SHARP incidents. (Sexual harassment is not a UCMJ article at this point). It could be for something else too.
Also CMSgt Virgil Horsley - there's limited info because that's all the info I Corps has released.

SSG Robert Ricci - There are male SARCs you know...and I don't know why it shows a male outline when my profile says female.
Hood CID said that they don't investigate sexual harassment and only did in Guillen's case as it had to do with the murder. But they didn't ever say that's why he murdered her. The story going around is that she saw a picture of the girlfriend on his phone and knew she's married and was going to report him but I think that's bullshit. I was simply using that as an example as CID literally saying that they don't investigate sexual harassment so it's quite apparent things changed since you were in.
"Don't tell me" isn't harsh. If it is...oh well.
Plenty of cases are unreported - I never reported when I was sexually assaulted. I saw what happened when people did.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff I tried to close this out peaceably. I even emphasized with quotation marks that CID does NOT "investigate" sexual harassment. I believe that I made clear that notification to USACID is the requirement of even a sexual harassment complaint and indicated why. DA Form 7279-1-R is used to record the allegations and CID is part of the distribution chain. CID is the body that collects the reports for future reporting to the Department of Army and others as necessary. Reporting and investigating are distinctly different.
Have a blessed evening.
I am privy to investigative material that I am not able to share most of regarding PFC Vanessa Guillen. I still have friends in CID but that shouldn't matter. What I can share is what I already did in that SPC Robinson believe that he had already been reported for sexual harassment. He cornered PFC Guillen in the armory and struck her repeatedly with a hammer bringing about her death. He then contacted Cecily Ann Aguilar who arrived and assisted him placing her into a trunk. Witnesses during the lunch hour observed him moving wood appeared to them to be a heavy trunk into the back of his pickup truck. The witnesses reported that they believe that this was odd. Her body was then taken off post. An attempt to dispose of her body by fire failed. She was then dismembered and placed into three separate holes that were done covered with cement. Her head has not yet been located. I am not able to disclose the remaining details.
I believe we have exhausted this conversation and it has turned into more have a disagreement the necessary in my opinion. Your role as an SARC is as a victim Advocate and counselor where is mine is as an investigator that is backed up by a 40-year career. I think our perspectives are different.

SSG Robert Ricci - You are privy to information you can't share on an open case but then you share it...hmmm...seems odd that you disclosed what you did that wasn't even released to the media then say "I can't say more." I've seen people like you before.
Whatever have a great night.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff that information is not protected. All of it is public knowledge. It's been in newspapers, online websites and on TV. I just cannot share the investigative level information or interview content.
We're done.

"“Of note, the incident under investigation did not happen while he was assigned to JBLM or in command of Madigan Army Medical Center,” Penttila added.
The investigation is unrelated to the hospital and its personnel, according to a separate I Corps statement."
"He came to the hospital after serving as the military deputy and chief of staff for the assistant secretary of defense for health affairs at the Pentagon."

I believe the point that was being made was that the investigation was not related to the current hospital or its personnel. He was previously the commanding officer of the community hospital at Fort Stewart. The fact that CID is running the active investigation tells us it's a UCMJ violation. Sexual harassment is only reported to CID for documentation purposes.

I wonder what he did. Having been assigned to a county hospital when I first started as a civilian cop I got a few ideas running through my head. The broom closet comes to mind. Of course I'm just guessing.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff you're absolutely correct SFC. One giveaway is the fact that CID is running the investigation. That tells us that it is in the realm of either a major crime, domestic violence, or sexual harassment. As a senior NCO I know that you're familiar with SHARP.
