John McCain has brain tumor, hospital says

McCain has served our country long and well. I hope he recovers and maintains quality of life. Probably in his best interest to walk away from politics, and enjoy the rest of his life. He did his part......stood his watch with dignity and courage.....time to go home.

I honestly hope he has a stable recovery from all his issues. I only wish the rest of us veterans were getting the care as he gets and has gotten over the past 30-40 years. Love him or hate him, he should have stepped down a bunch of years ago. I honor his service and hope he recovers and doesn't go through a painful decline. Prayers

That sucks, but the guy is 80. Most of us will never see it *knock on wood*. I would feel very blessed to get to live that long, and even more so if I could push it to 100. I hope he can beat this.
