Looks like it is time to start electrifying fences. And installing booby traps.

Even waay back early in the 20th century the IRS was overstepping their boundaries. Not every "Revenoo'r that went in to the woods came back out. My Daddy's people are from the Smokies in NC.

Yes, the "open fields" doctrine needs to be placed in the dustbin of history. It's an affront to the 4th Amendment and should have never been instituted in the first place.
